After two years of the Covid-19 pandemic we have experienced a lot of change, loneliness, and uncertainty. There may still be much to process, and counselling may be one place to do so. I now offer some in-person session and have completed a full risk-assessment. I have also put together some resources on emotional and mental wellbeing support around Covid-19.
